BUNGALOW QUALITY

Our attractively designed Bungalows are of the highest quality construction. These high standards include top grade lumber which is visually inspected before it is accepted. Each frame, upon ordering, is individually hand crafted & constructed. Our Shell System is engineered for a long life expectancy of twelve to fifteen years and five to seven years for the Rain Fly. All our welded steel components for the Eave & Awning System are zinc plated to ensure a long maintenance-free life. The Bungalow models have been successfully tested in most climates & weather conditions including; coastal, tropics, light snow, moderate winds and heavy rains. All systems for a Bungalow Kit are run through a check list before delivery.

BUNGALOW SHELL & RAIN FLY SYSTEM

Our one piece fabric shell is tensioned over the frame to provide a tight seal along the platform perimeter. The Rain Fly is draped over the Bungalow Shell and secured by the Eave & Awning system.

Shell Walls & Rain Fly
• 10 oz white laminated polyester-vinyl
• Durable, waterproof, flame retardant and treated to resist mildew, and fading from ultra-violet rays
• Strong tear and tensile strength
• Corners, ridges and eaves are reinforced with 8" strips of hemmed vinyl
• Seams are lock-stitched and electronically welded
• Brass grommets
• Easy to clean
• Vinyl Mesh Ceiling available (recommend for tropics)

Shell Ceiling
•10 oz 100% duck cotton canvas
• Canvas is lock-stitched to vinyl wall
• Waterproof, Flame retardant and mildew resistant
• Canvas breathes, minimizing condensation
